CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment bookings made online and in-salon are secured with a credit card. We ask for a 24 hour courtesy call (48 hours if your service is 3+ hours) if you must cancel or reschedule so that we may have an opportunity to fill the spot. We reserve the right to charge accordingly: for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or less than 48 hours notice for 3+ hours service), we will charge 50% of the service amount. For appointments resulting in a "no-show, no call"  or repeated late cancellations we will automatically charge 100% of the total service amount. We appreciate your courtesy and understanding.
