CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment bookings made online and in-salon are secured with a credit card. If you must cancel or reschedule we require a message on the Band app, a phone call, or an email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so that we may have an opportunity to fill the spot.

Before 24 hours: Service(s) may be canceled with no charge.

Late cancellation fee: 50% of scheduled service

Late cancellation is defined as canceling after 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

No Show/ No Call fee: 100% of scheduled service

No Show / No Call is defined as not arriving for your scheduled appointment with no attempt to make contact with Hair Creations to cancel the appointment.

This courtesy enables the capability to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. Please do not ask for us to make an exception. We appreciate your courtesy, understanding and respect for our livelihood.
